This position will oversee and manage the company's financial operations and will be a key member of our leadership team.

Some of the responsibilities of the Controller will be to:
- Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures - Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements - Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts to support business decision-making - Conduct financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement - Manage the company's cash flow and financial risk, including banking relationships and credit facilities - Maintain accuracy of WIP reports - Train/educate relevant staff to improve financial literacy of job profitability reports Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years' experience in financial management or accounting, preferably in the construction or roofing industry and minimum 2 years in a leadership position - Strong knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and best practices - Expert knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel and other financial spreadsheet software - Working knowledge of various CRM programs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Understands and appreciates the responsibilities of leadership - Relentless attention to detail and accuracy If you are interested in the position, meet the requirements and want to learn more, please submit your resume and complete the assessment tests.
