Responsibilities Include:
Support the operations team in various functions, including purchasing, logistics, inventory, and vendor coordination Procure materials from approved suppliers according to strict company specifications Prepare precise shipping records and arrange transportation using web-based applications and/or email Record inbound and outbound transactions of specific inventory items to maintain accurate real-time data Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and return of rental equipment Create and maintain systems and processes to streamline operations Ensure all company documents are organized and searchable Desired Attributes, Education, and

in Business Administration, or similar 0-2 years of experience in business administration, operations or relevant field Proficient in MS Office Suite Strong written and oral communication skills Exceptional attention to detail a must Self-starter with ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to at times work outdoors in a noisy environment in various weather conditions The Operations Assistant role is an hourly paid position based at our Scott office.
