- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service - Organization and daily administrative support to the team - Manage and maintain office supplies inventory - Maintain accurate records and files Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Office 365) - Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Professional phone etiquette with strong verbal and written communication skills - General clerical skills such as data entry, document preparation, and basic accounting skills Requirements:
