Quality Manager

DEL Corporation is looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of Quality Manager.
Successful candidates will meet or exceed the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial Management
Minimum of 5 years of managing a quality department with direct reports
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a quality capacity
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, API specifications and Lean manufacturing principles
Experience in preparing and conducting internal audits
Knowledge of statistical concepts, problem solving techniques and root cause analyses
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are required
The ability to work in a self-directed environment is required
Preferences:
Certification in one or more of the following programs:
ISO 9000/9001, AS 9100, API-Q1,
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
Lean Enterprise
ASQ (CQA, CQE, CMQ/OE)
The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing a Total Quality Management program to include development, implementation and management of company-wide quality procedures, processes and systems to ensure compliance to standards and governmental regulations and policies.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and provide technical quality training programs
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Kaizen/Six Sigma
Establish and maintain key departmental goals, objectives and quality metrics
Hires and trains technical personnel
Conduct all work activities following company safety policies and procedures
Interface with cross-functional groups to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage the product inspection process including non-destructive testing (NDT)
Analyze test results and provide guidance to operations
Lead investigation of customer complaints
Lead the organization to achieve ISO 9001:2008 certification
Work Requirements:
Ability to multi-task and coordinate activities to ensure timely delivery of work product.
Ability to carry up to 20 pounds on an as needed basis.
Salary: $75,000.00 per year
Health Insurance: Blue Cross, 100% of health insurance premium is paid for employee and 25% of health insurance premium is paid for other members of employee's family. Our plan has a $2,000.00 deductible. Health insurance coverage begins on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
